Strukora is an invented name built on structure. The work starts with how your business actually runs, not with the software you put on top of it.
Why this exists
Roughly four out of five AI projects do not deliver the value they were funded for, and the causes are almost never the model. They are unclear success criteria, weak data foundations, and workflows nobody mapped before the build started.
There is no shortage of firms that will build you an AI system. There is a shortage of firms that will tell you which one not to build. That gap is the whole reason this company exists.
What we will not do
- Claim clients we do not have, or show logos we have no agreement to show.
- Publish a metric we did not measure, or a benchmark figure we estimated.
- Quote a model price from memory. Prices live in a dated file and are cited with that date.
- Present experimental work as client work. Our Labs are labelled as internal research, because that is what they are.
- Tell you a project is feasible before we have looked at the data it depends on.
